Product / Fund Controller - New Credit Hedge Fund Launch - Strong base and 50%+ Bonus

Take ownership of fund accounting and product control responsibilities in a fast-growing new credit hedge fund.
Review fees, oversee corporate actions, manage the fund's audit, deliver year-end financial statements, review NAV, and prepare investor reporting.
Engage in elements of corporate accounting; support the build-out of new systems as the firm scales.
Lead communications with fund administrators, auditors, prime brokers, and other external parties in a heavily outsourced model.
As funding increases, help shape and grow the finance and accounting structure and team.

ACA, CFA, or equivalent qualification.
Experience in-house at a hedge fund or as a product controller within an investment bank.
Strong academics and exceptional communication skills.
Proactive, can-do attitude and ambition to grow with the business.

A competitive base salary will be offered, with Year 1 bonuses expected to exceed 50%.
