Product Manager - Amusements & Activity Portfolio

Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking a Product Manager to shape the future of our activity portfolio across amusements, food and drink, and emerging experiences. You will partner with the Product Director to drive strategy and coordinate with operations, marketing, finance, and centre teams to ensure commercially robust and deliverable concepts.

You will lead opportunities, analyze performance data, and influence senior stakeholders to optimise space, guest experience, and revenue across the estate.
