Product Manager

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join a major retail organisation.

This is a hands-on product role focused on managing the product backlog and roadmap, protecting live WMS services and delivering enhancements across the platform.

Key Responsibilities as a Product Manager

• Own and prioritise the WMS product backlog.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap.
• Ensure stability and service protection of the live WMS.
• Deliver product enhancements, including paperless loading.
• Translate business requirements into product requirements.
• Manage stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Experience you'll need as a Product Manager

• Proven experience as a Product Manager within a WMS or supply chain environment.
• Hands-on experience with RedPrairie, Blue Yonder or JDA WMS.
• Experience within food, retail or a similar operational environment.
• Strong backlog management and prioritisation experience.
• Experience defining and owning product roadmaps.
• Experience managing live operational systems and service stability.
• Agile and backlog-driven delivery experience.
• Experience translating business needs into product requirements.
