Product Manager

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and commercially focused Product Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation where innovation, customer experience, and business growth are at the heart of everything they do.

As Product Manager, you will take ownership of the product portfolio, driving product strategy and development from concept through to launch and ongoing optimisation. You will work collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure products meet customer needs, market demands, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with company goals.

• Manage products throughout their entire lifecycle.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.

• Gather and analyse customer feedback to support product improvements.

• Lead new product development projects from concept to launch.

• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and other key stakeholders.

• Monitor product performance, profitability, and market trends.

• Create and maintain product roadmaps and development plans.

• Support sales teams with product information, training, and market insights.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a Product Manager role.

• Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.

• A proven track record of successfully launching and managing products.

• Excellent project management and organisational abilities.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• The ability to make data-driven decisions and identify growth opportunities.

• A proactive and innovative approach to problem-solving.

What's On Offer?

• Salary of up to £55,000, dependent on experience.

• Monday to Friday working pattern with office hours of 9:00am - 5:00pm.
