Location: Ealing / Hybrid (limited office attendance required – exp 1-2 days per month)
Salary: £85,168-£93,500 (dependent on experience)
Contract type: Permanent – Full Time (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

We're looking for a Product Owner to join our Transformation & Innovation team. In this role, you'll lead the strategic development, delivery and optimisation of digital products and platforms that support organisational priorities, improve customer outcomes and drive operational efficiency. You'll play a key role in helping A2Dominion modernise services, enhance digital experiences and deliver meaningful change across the organisation.
Working closely with operational teams, technology specialists, suppliers, customers and stakeholders, you'll ensure our digital products are user-centred, accessible, data-informed and aligned with business goals. From defining product roadmaps and delivery priorities to driving innovation and adoption, you'll own the product lifecycle from concept through to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic management and continuous improvement of digital products and platforms across the organisation
- Develop and maintain product strategies, roadmaps and delivery plans that align with customer needs and organisational objectives
- Define and manage product backlogs, user stories and priorities using agile and user-centred delivery approaches
- Work collaboratively with operational teams, customers, IT, Data & BI, suppliers and transformation teams to shape requirements and deliver successful outcomes
- Ensure digital products remain customer-focused, accessible, secure and compliant with organisational standards and governance requirements
- Monitor product performance, adoption, customer feedback and operational impact to support evidence-based decision making
- Develop meaningful product reporting, KPIs and benefits-tracking frameworks
- Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, self-service and service improvement through digital solutions
- Contribute to business cases, investment proposals and funding recommendations for new product initiatives
- Manage supplier and partner relationships, ensuring value for money, effective performance and contractual compliance
- Work with Procurement and Finance teams to support technology procurement, supplier reviews and contract management activities
- Promote agile delivery methodologies, continuous improvement and product management best practice across teams
- Act as a subject matter expert for product management, digital service delivery and customer-focused design
More About You
- Knowledge of social housing, housing management systems (such as NEC), or similar regulated environments would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Degree qualified, or equivalent professional experience, in Business, Technology, Digital, Product Management or a related discipline
- Agile, Scrum Product Owner or Product Management qualification
- Proven experience in product management and agile delivery environments
- Strong understanding of digital product lifecycle management and product frameworks
- Experience using agile methodologies to deliver successful digital products and services
- Strong customer-focused service design capability, with a passion for user-centred approaches
- Experience managing suppliers, contracts and external partners
- Understanding of digital accessibility standards and customer experience best practice
- Understanding of governance, cyber security and data protection principles
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer needs, organisational priorities and value for money
