About this opportunity
Join us at the heart of a major Finance transformation, where you'll shape the future of management reporting, analytics and performance insights, helping leaders make smarter, faster and more data-driven decisions!
What you’ll be doing:
Define the Future – Create and deliver a clear vision for Management Reporting, shaping future reporting, analytics and performance management capabilities across Finance. Lead data-driven performance management and analytics and influence organisational tooling, process and reporting strategy.
Lead Product Delivery – Own and prioritise the product backlog, translating business needs into high-value solutions delivered through Agile teams and methodology. Balance innovation, technical debt, regulatory requirements and stakeholder priorities
Transform How Finance Operates – Simplify and modernise reporting processes through automation, standardisation and data-driven decision-making. Drive adoption of solutions that reduce manual effort, improve controls and provide richer business insight.
Build Great Partnerships – Collaborate across Finance, Data, Engineering, Architecture and Change teams, creating enthusiasm and momentum for the product vision and roadmap. Engage senior stakeholders to align priorities and deliver measurable value.

What we’re looking for:
At least 5 years’ experience as a Product Owner, Product Lead or transformation professional, with accountability for product vision, roadmaps and prioritised backlogs.
At least 5 years’ experience working with Finance, management reporting, performance management, financial planning or related business processes.
Demonstrable experience of Agile delivery, including translating business outcomes into user stories and product features.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning Finance, Data, Engineering, Architecture and Change teams around shared priorities.
Strong prioritisation and decision-making skills, with evidence of using technology and data to solve complex business problems.
And any experience of these would be really useful:
Experience of Management Reporting, FP&A or Finance transformation.
Knowledge of Oracle EPM, and reporting platforms.
Experience delivering products within large-scale data and technology change programmes.
