The Product Strategy Lead (Director) helps shape and execute a comprehensive product strategy at the executive level that aligns with evolving market trends and client expectations. This role involves spearheading the Product Practice, Executive Committees, and Segment reviews while driving a cultural shift from bespoke solutions to scalable customization, fostering innovation, efficiency, and enhanced client satisfaction. The position is located in London.

Qualifications

• Vast experience in product strategy development and implementation.
• MBA preferred.
• Strong understanding of market trends, client needs, and business objectives.

• Prior experience in a product‑led organization preferred.
