Monday to Friday days, supporting production planning, purchasing, quality checks, stock control and workshop activities.

This is a varied role suited to someone from a manufacturing or engineering background who enjoys a mix of quality, production coordination and hands‑on workshop activities.

This Production & Coordinator job will suit:

• Someone with experience in a manufacturing, engineering or workshop environment.
• Candidates with experience in quality inspection, production coordination, workshop support or engineering administration.
• Someone confident measuring and inspecting manufactured components with a good eye for detail.
• A practical individual who enjoys spending time both on the shop floor and in the office.
• Good IT skills and the ability to maintain accurate quality and production documentation.

This Production & Quality Coordinator job will involve:

• Carrying out quality inspections on manufactured components and supporting ISO 9001 processes.
• Coordinating customer orders and allocating work to the workshop.
• Supporting purchasing activities, obtaining supplier quotations and ordering materials.
• Measuring and inspecting fabricated components to ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Supporting stock control, dispatch and production documentation.
• Assisting with general workshop activities, including basic hands‑on engineering work where required.
• Working closely with the Workshop Manager to help ensure production runs safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised working environment.

This Production & Quality Coordinator job is based in Norton Juxta and is commutable from Atherstone, Nuneaton, Hinckley, Tamworth, Lutterworth, Market Bosworth, Coalville, Coventry, Leicester and surrounding areas.
