Production & Quality Engineer: Hands-on, CI & NPI

Workshop Recruitment is seeking a Quality Engineer for a well-established engineering manufacturer in Southampton. You will perform inspections, support NPI activities, and contribute to continuous improvement across the production environment.

Candidates should be comfortable with CMM/ISIR/FAIR inspections, CAPA investigations, and working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high quality and on-time delivery.
