Recruit4staff are representing a well-established manufacturing business in their search for a Production FLT Operative to work in Wrexham

Job Details:

• Pay: £12.71 per hour
• Hours of Work: 8:30am - 5pm Monday to Thursday, 4pm finish on a Friday
• Duration: Temp To Perm (12 weeks)
• Benefits: Early finish on Fridays, temp to perm opportunity

Job Role: The Production FLT Operative will be responsible for picking and packing products ready for dispatch, operating a Counterbalance FLT, and supporting the production process. Duties will also include manual handling of products, ensuring quality standards are met, and manufacturing water-based timber treatments and paints in line with batch specifications. The successful Warehouse Operative will work across both warehouse and production departments to support day-to-day operations.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence
• Happy undertaking all aspects of warehouse and production work
• Ability to carry out manual handling duties
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Advantageous Skills, Experience, or Qualifications

• Previous production experience
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with batch production processes
