Job Description
Reed Specialist Recruitment Ltd. in conjunction with a family-run FMCG manufacturer in Clitheroe (Lancashire) seeks a Production Manager.
You will oversee a production plant using mills, lead day-to-day operations and ensure quality, safety and on-time delivery while motivating staff. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of production or manufacturing leadership in FMCG or Agricultural sectors, a hands-on, supportive style, and a full driving license.
