Production Line Leader (3 Shifts) – FMCG

Culina is seeking a confident Production Line Leader for our Saint Helens site. You will lead a fast-moving co-packing and manufacturing operation across a rotating 3-shift pattern (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am). Flexibility to cover 1–2 patterns is welcome.

You’ll motivate, coach and guide a team to hit targets, ensure product quality and maintain high standards, while driving improvements and maintaining paperwork accuracy in a busy environment.
