Production ManagerLocation: Luton (On-site)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 Benefits Bonus (up to 10%)
Hours: Full-time Flexible Working Hours
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Manager to join a well-established, highly regulated mechanical manufacturing business based in Luton.
You'll take ownership of day-to-day manufacturing operations, leading production teams to deliver quality products safely, on time, and to customer expectations. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll drive operational performance, continuous improvement, and employee engagement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience as a Production Manager, Manufacturing Manager or Operations Manager.
Background within a regulated mechanical manufacturing environment such as aerospace, defence, automotive, medical or precision engineering.
Strong leadership experience managing Team Leaders and production teams.
Experience driving Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Good understanding of production planning, ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing KPIs.
Knowledge of quality standards such as AS9100 is advantageous.This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturer where you'll play a key role in improving productivity, quality and operational performance while leading a motivated team.
