Lead, coach and develop team leaders and the supervisory team, including recruitment, performance reviews and weekly briefings Drive a structured continuous improvement programme, using performance data to deliver measurable gains Take overall responsibility for operational performance, managing costs and risks against financial and operational targets Oversee stock control, including weekly Kanban checks and accurate part scanning Manage facilities, building maintenance, external contractors and third-party service providers Ensure waste management, testing and calibration meet ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards As a Production Manager, your experience will include:

A proven track record in production management within a manufacturing or service workshop environment A technical qualification equivalent to a HND or Degree, or equivalent experience in a technical production environment A recognised management or supervisory qualification, or equivalent workshop training Strong commercial acumen and evidence of leading organisational change Confident use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint A full UK driving licence If you're ready to take charge of a workshop and make your mark as Production Manager, this is the role to do it.
