About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Production Manager to lead their manufacturing operations in Edinburgh . This integral role demands strong leadership and operational expertise to ensure the smooth, efficient, and high-quality production of goods. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the production floor, including staff, equipment, and processes, while fostering a culture of safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. This is a hands-on leadership position requiring a dedicated on-site presence to effectively guide the production team and facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all daily production activities to meet output and quality targets.
• Manage and develop a team of production supervisors and line operators.

Requirements
