Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive production plans to meet output targets and quality specifications.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar senior manufacturing role.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in operational processes.
- Proficiency in production planning software and standard office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
