Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage all aspects of the production department to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

• Manage and motivate a team of production supervisors and line workers, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or in a similar senior manufacturing role.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control systems, and production planning.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
