Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to production equipment and processes.
• Implement process safety management (PSM) principles and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to develop and execute effective preventative maintenance programs.
• Manage well test analysis and production allocation.
• Provide technical support to field operations personnel.

Requirements

• Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in production operations or a similar engineering role in the oil and gas sector.
• Solid understanding of production facilities, artificial lift systems, and fluid mechanics.
• Knowledge of process safety principles and environmental regulations.
• Experience with production data analysis and reporting tools.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and teamwork skills.
