Production Operative (Filling) Thetford, Norfolk £16.34 Per Hour  Continental Shift (12 Hour Days) Week 1: 60 Hour  Week 2: 24 Hours Hales Group are currently recruiting for several Filling Operators to join a busy manufacturing company in Thetford. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring filling machinery, carrying out quality checks, maintaining production standards, and ensuring a clean and safe working environment. This role requires previous manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts within a continental shift pattern

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor filling machinery to ensure production targets and quality standards are met. Carry out machine set-up, quality checks, and report any faults or safety concerns. Maintain a clean and safe working environment, completing basic maintenance and cleaning tasks as required. Work closely with colleagues and communicate production updates, issues, and shift handover information.

Requirements

Previous manufacturing or production experience (filling or bottling experience desirable). Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
