Production Operative - Flexible Shifts, Packaging

Thatchers Cider is seeking a Production Operative at our Sandford site for a full‑time permanent role. You will work across packaging lines, operating and maintaining our world‑class machinery and taking responsibility for hygiene, quality and safety.

There is strong progression potential and training provided, with no prior experience required. We value a hands-on attitude and flexibility to work varying shifts as the business grows.
