Production Operative – Permanent Opportunity
We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing environment in Nottingham.
This role would suit someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality products. You will be working with small components and products, carrying out assembly and production tasks where accuracy, concentration and good hand dexterity are important.
Key Responsibilities
* Assemble small components and products using hand tools and simple equipment.
* Handle small parts carefully and accurately throughout the production process.
* Follow work instructions, drawings and production procedures.
* Carry out visual quality checks to ensure products meet the required standard.
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe working area.
* Work efficiently to meet daily production requirements.
* Follow all company health & safety and quality procedures.
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* Practical and hands-on with a good eye for detail.
* Comfortable working with small components and intricate parts.
* Able to carry out repetitive assembly work while maintaining concentration.
* Reliable, punctual and committed to producing quality work.
* Comfortable following detailed instructions and established processes.
* A good team player with a positive attitude.
