About the Role

Our client is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Production Operatives to join their manufacturing team in Nottingham . This role is fundamental to the efficient operation of the production line, involving the assembly, operation, and quality checking of manufactured goods. You will work as part of a dedicated team, contributing to the successful output of high-quality products. This is an on-site position requiring a commitment to working within the manufacturing facility, contributing directly to the company's production goals and upholding strict quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform quality checks on finished and in-progress goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly regarding health and safety.
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to achieve production targets.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors promptly.

Requirements
