Join a Growing Food Production Team

We are currently recruiting Production Operatives to join a busy and well-established seafood processing facility in Roche, Cornwall. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable individuals looking for long-term work, with immediate starts and the potential for permanent employment.

Full training is provided, so previous experience is not essential.

Duties Include:

• Loading seafood onto the production line
• Packing products into trays with ice
• Assisting with production line operations
• Manual handling and lifting throughout the shift
• Maintaining high hygiene and food safety standards
• Working in a chilled production environment

What We're Looking For:

• Reliable and hardworking attitude
• Comfortable working in a cold environment
• Able to undertake manual handling duties
• Some English preferred, although a multilingual workforce is welcomed
• Previous food production or knife experience is beneficial but not required
