About the Role
Our client is looking for enthusiastic and dependable Production Operatives to join their manufacturing team in Bristol . You will be involved in various stages of the production process, operating machinery, assembling components, and ensuring the quality of finished goods. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, adherence to safety procedures, and a commitment to producing high-quality products. You will work as part of a dedicated team on the factory floor, contributing directly to the company's manufacturing output and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures.
- Assemble products using various tools and techniques.
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specified standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment on the production floor.
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and company policies.
- Assist with material handling and stock rotation as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
