We are currently recruiting Production Operatives on behalf of our client based in Kidlington. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business offering long-term career prospects and permanent opportunities for the right candidates.

Duties Will Include

Working on a fast-paced production line Assembling and packaging products Operating machinery and equipment Quality checking finished products Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Following health & safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential Reliable and hardworking attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good attention to detail Willingness to learn and develop within the role
