We are looking for a Production Operative

Location: Wellington, Somerset

Immediate start

Shift: Week 1 Monday - Thursday 6am-2pm Friday 6am-12pm Week 2 Monday - Thursday 2pm-10pm Friday 12pm- 6pm

Temporary to permanent contract

MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH MACHINES

JDR is recruiting for a Production Operative to work in a large manufacturing site in Wellington, Somerset.

Role Responsibilities:

• Spraying components
• Working and running the machines
• Assembling components
• Required to inspect parts and packaging to ensure they are accurate and within specification
• Maintains set production targets
• Completes accurately company & customer paperwork as required
• Maintains good housekeeping standards at all times
• Required to be multi-skilled and cross-functional

Requirements:

• Start immediately and are looking for long term work
• Must have previous experience with machines
• High level of dexterity
• Basic literacy & numeracy skills
• Previous factory experience
• Health & safety awareness
• Quality standards
• Identify non-conforming product and take appropriate action
