Production Operative

As part of our commitment to renewable energy, we are expanding our operations in Portadown and seeking a Production Operative to join our growing factory team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and manufacture heat pumps according to established procedures and guidelines
• Carry out various production tasks, including brazing, wiring and mechanical assembly
• Perform quality checks to ensure that all units meet our stringent quality standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design, to provide feedback on product improvements and optimisation
• Maintain a clean and organised work area, following health and safety guidelines
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Contribute to a positive team environment by actively engaging in team meetings and sharing ideas

Requirements

• Prior experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly processes
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• A team player mindset with excellent communication skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
