Production Operative - Braintree- Temp to Perm

Our successful client based in Braintree is looking for experienced Production Operative to join their growing team on a temp-to-perm basis.

Working Hours : Monday to Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm

£12.71 per hour

Responsibilities

Safely operate production machinery and equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and obstacle-free working environment Carry out quality checks on finished products to ensure standards are met Assist with machine maintenance and ensure smooth production processes Perform manual handling and lifting duties within an industrial environment Move goods efficiently along the production line Carry out FLT driving duties where requiredRequired Skills

Previous experience within a production or manufacturing environment A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills Ability to work effectively under pressure Strong work ethic and reliable attendanceWhy Join This Company?

This is a physically demanding role which involves regular manual handling, lifting, bending, and moving products within the production environment.
