Introduction

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Night Shift Production Operative to join a successful manufacturing business in Dunkeswell, near Honiton.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Production Operative, Machine Operative or Manufacturing Operative looking for night shift work, strong rates of pay and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

Full training is provided, with immediate starts available.

What We Offer

£17.50 per hour. £24.75 per hour overtime rate. Monday to Thursday, 4pm-2am. Every weekend off. Full training provided. Immediate starts available. Temp-to-perm opportunity. Opportunity to join a successful manufacturing business.

Key Duties

Operate production machinery following full training. Work efficiently to achieve production targets. Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company processes. Maintain a clean, safe and organised working area. Carry out production tasks accurately and efficiently. Work effectively as part of a busy manufacturing team.

Requirements

Previous machine operating experience is beneficial but not essential. Candidates with machine operating experience can move onto the night shift following the required induction. Candidates without previous experience will receive full daytime training before moving onto nights. Reliable and punctual approach to work. Good attention to detail. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
