Job Description
Production Operative - Alton £13.26 per hour
We have a new opportunity for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established print on demand platform, working within their production facility in Alton. This is a hands-on Warehouse role supporting with production and Warehouse duties, with a strong focus on safe working, operating machinery, adhering to H&S practices with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities of a Production Operative
- Operating RM & Packsize machinery ensuring attention to detail is maintained at all times
- Setting up machinery on a daily basis, ensuring customised measurements are in place prior to operating
- Warehouse duties - loading and unloading /packing and labelling
- Collecting and processing packaging waste from product area including safe operation of QCR Balers
Requirements of a Production Operative
- Ideally previous machine operating experience, using bailing/compaction equipment
- Reliable, safety conscious and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Self-motivated, flexible with a can do attitude
