Job Description
The Best Connection is currently recruiting Production Operatives for our well-established client based in Bellshill .

What You'll Be Doing
- Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
- Ensuring products meet quality and safety standards
- Following all health & safety and hygiene procedures
- Working as part of a busy team to meet production targets
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and organised
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, punctual, and motivated individuals
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
- Able to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Previous production or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential - full training is provided
- Flexible to work ad hoc shifts , including weekdays, weekends, and overtime when available
Pay & Benefits
- £12.71 - £15.63 per hour (depending on shift)
- Weekend overtime paid up to £19.06 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Flexible ad hoc work to suit business requirements
- Full training provided
- Friendly and supportive team environment
Shift Patterns
- Morning: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Afternoon: 2:30 PM - Finish
- Shifts available on an ad hoc basis , including weekdays and weekends
