Production Operative

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Production Operative to work with a leading food manufacturing company in Bodmin. You will support day-to-day production activities to ensure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently. The role involves working as part of a team to maintain high standards of health and safety, food safety, and product quality.

Shift Patterns:

• Monday to Friday

• Start time: 07:00, finish time: 16:30

Pay Rates:

• 12.94 GBP hourly

Must-have Requirements for Production Operative:

• Own transport is required due to the site's location.
• No formal qualifications are needed.
• Ability to process and pack products, including mixing, blending, and labelling fresh pork meat.
• Availability to work full-time for a long-term assignment.

Desirable Requirements for Production Operative:

• Familiarity with working in a temperature-controlled, food manufacturing environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Role for Production Operative:

• Support daily production activities to meet customer order targets.
• Maintain strict health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
• Follow site procedures to ensure smooth operational performance.
• Prepare, blend, and pack fresh meat products accurately.
