Production Operative

We are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Production Operative to join a busy and established team in Buckingham.

The position will involve applying heat-sealed transfers to workwear, checking finished products and preparing customer orders for dispatch.

Key responsibilities

• Applying transfers and printed designs to workwear

• Checking completed items against quality standards

• Preparing, packing and labelling orders for dispatch

• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

• Following health and safety procedures

• Supporting additional production and warehouse duties

• Working efficiently to achieve daily targets

The successful candidate will have:

• Previous production, manufacturing or warehouse experience

• Experience in embroidery, textiles, garment production, printing or heat-press work would be beneficial

• Good attention to detail

• The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

• A reliable and hardworking approach

This is an excellent permanent opportunity offering daytime hours, an early finish every Friday, salary progression following probation, a bonus and free lunch.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30am–4:30pm; Friday, 7:30am–2:00pm Benefits: Bonus and free lunch provided
