Location: Winnersh Pay Rate: £12.88 per hour Job Type: Temporary to Permanent (12-week temp-to-perm) Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 6:00am - 2:00pm

Production Operative Required - Immediate Start AvailableWe are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy and growing manufacturing company based in Winnersh. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a long-term position with the potential to secure a permanent contract after a successful 12-week temporary period.

Working as part of a friendly production team, you will be involved in the day-to-day manufacturing and assembly process, helping to ensure products are produced to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
