Production Operative

RH Fibreboard Containers Ltd is seeking a Production Operative to support the safe and efficient manufacture of corrugated packaging products. This is a hands-on role within the production team, offering the opportunity to develop skills and experience with a view to progressing into a machine operator position.

• Support machine operators with machine set-up, production runs and general production activities.
• Handle, move, feed, stack and prepare materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
• Pack, palletise, label and prepare finished products in line with customer requirements.
• Carry out basic quality checks and identify defects or process concerns promptly.
• Maintain excellent housekeeping standards across the production area.
• Follow SOPs, job instructions and safe working methods at all times.
• Report safety, quality, material or equipment issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production targets and customer deadlines.
• Be reliable, punctual and willing to learn new skills.
• Previous production, warehouse, packaging or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.

Salary £13-£14 p/h DOE + attendance bonus of £35 p/m
