Recruit4staff is proud to represent their client, a leading Manufacturing company, in their search for a Production operative to work in their state-of-the-art facility in Powys .

PERMANENT POSITIONS

For the successful Machine Operative, our client is offering:

• Salary £25,365
• Overtime available (paid at double/time) £27.10 P/H
• 12‑hour shifts, including Days and Nights - 36 hours per week
• Week 1 & 2 - Thursday, Friday, Saturday (Days) 6AM to 6PM
• Week 3 & 4 - Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (Nights) 6PM to 6AM
• Week 5 & 6 - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (Days) 6AM to 6PM
• Week 7 & 8 - Sunday, Monday, Tuesday (Nights) 6PM to 6AM

The Role - Production Operative

• Setting and operating Production machines in accordance with the production plan
• Quality checking of products at various stages of the process
• Work closely with other departments throughout the production process when required
• Adhere to stringent Health and safety rules and regulations

What our client is looking for in a Production operative

• Experience of working in the manufacturing industry
• Demonstrate stability in work history
• You must be happy to do manual handball work
• Experience within a high‑volume environment is essential, preferably with experience of automated processes.
• Experience of working as part of a team and a flexible approach to work is essential, including the ability to work the required shift pattern in line with the business needs.
• Basic PC skills.
