Production Operative

Best Time Ltd is recruiting on behalf of our client, a busy food production company based in Winchester, for reliable Production Operatives to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Working on a busy food production line

• Preparing, packing and handling food products

• Operating production machinery and equipment

• Carrying out quality and product checks

• Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures

• Maintaining a clean and tidy production area

• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

Requirements

• Previous food production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Good attention to detail

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Able to follow instructions and company procedures

• Good team player with a positive attitude

• Good level of English to understand workplace instructions and safety procedures
