Production Operative
Location: Newcastle Under Lyme, ST5
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Rate of pay: £12.21ph
Contract Type: Temp to perm opportunity
Adecco are seeking a reliable Production Operative to join a manufacturing team based in Newcastle Under Lyme. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment. This could lead to a permanent position for successful workers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lifting and handling boards safely throughout the production process
Stacking finished products ready for the next stage of production
Supporting the smooth running of the production area
Carrying out visual quality checks on products
Keeping the work area clean, tidy, and organised
Following all health and safety procedures
What We're Looking For:
A hardworking and dependable approach
Ability to carry out repetitive tasks efficiently
Comfortable with manual handling and physical work
Good attention to detail
Able to work well as part of a team
