Production Operative

We are recruiting for a Production Operative – Part Marking to join a well-established aerospace manufacturing team.

Key Responsibilities for the Production Operative:

• - Mark aerospace components using approved marking equipment and processes.
• - Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and production documentation.
• - Carry out visual inspections to ensure markings meet quality standards.
• - Maintain accurate production records and ensure full traceability.
• - Handle components carefully to prevent damage during the marking process.
• - Follow health and safety procedures and maintain excellent housekeeping standards.
• - Work closely with production and quality teams to meet manufacturing deadlines.

What you will need for the Production Operative role:

• - Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment.
• - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
• - Comfortable following detailed work instructions and procedures.
• - Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• - Good communication and organisational skills.
• - Experience within aerospace, engineering, or precision manufacturing would be advantageous but is not essential.
