Production Operative

The Best Connection is currently recruiting Production Operatives for ongoing, full-time work in Kilgetty.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy production environment, with regular hours and the potential to earn extra through weekend overtime.

The Role

As a Production Operative, your main duties will include:

• Grading and sorting potatoes
• Sorting and bagging products ready for dispatch
• Operating and monitoring grading machinery
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following health, safety and quality procedures
• Working as part of a busy production team

Working Hours & Pay

• Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
• Employment: Full-time, ongoing
• Pay: £12.71 per hour
• Overtime: Weekend overtime may be available
• Holiday: Accrued holiday entitlement
• Support: 24/7 on-call mobile support from The Best Connection

About You

We are looking for reliable and hardworking individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment. Previous production or warehouse experience is advantageous, but full training can be provided.
