What You'll Be Doing As a Production Operative, you'll be an important part of the team, helping to make sure production runs smoothly and products are prepared to the highest standards. Your duties will include: * Working as part of a friendly and supportive production team. * Assisting with the preparation, processing and packing of products. * Checking products to ensure they meet quality standards. * Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe. * Following food safety, hygiene and health & safety procedures. * Working towards daily production targets. * Supporting Team Leaders and Managers when required. * Following company processes and instructions carefully.
