Production Operative - Abercynon Immediate Starts - Days, Afternoon & Night Shifts Available

We’re recruiting reliable production operatives for a busy manufacturing site in Abercynon. Monday-Friday or Sunday-Thursday role with consistent hours and the option to choose day/afternoon shift or night shift.

Role Overview

You’ll be supporting a fast-paced production environment, carrying out tasks such as machine operation, packing, quality checks, and general warehouse duties. Full training is provided, and you’ll be working as part of a supportive onsite team.

Shifts (Monday-Friday)

• Day shift: 7am-3pm (Mon-Fri)
• Day shift: 3pm-11pm (Mon-Fri)
• Night shift: 11pm-7am (Sun-Thurs)

Pay Rates

• Days: £12.71 per hour
• Afternoon & Nights: £13.98 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Operating machinery and production equipment
• Packing and palletising products
• Completing basic quality checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe work area
• Following supervisor instructions and working efficiently
