Production Operator

Production Operator – Immediate Starts Available

Holywell – Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:00pm. Progressing to a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern.

Pay: £12.71 per hour (Days) – £15.48 per hour (Shift Pattern).

Kinetic Recruitment is currently looking for Production Operators to join a well‑established manufacturing company based in Holywell. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for long‑term work with immediate starts available.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sorting and collation machinery in line with company procedures.
• Monitor production processes to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with the Shift Leader to keep production running smoothly and achieve daily targets.
• Carry out visual quality inspections and check product weights and dimensions.
• Pack finished products to the required quality standards.

Essential Duties & Expectations

• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Wear the required PPE at all times.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and complete accurate shift handovers.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as required.
