The role
Working closely with the Sales Planning team and Production Manager, you will support the planning and coordination of production activities to ensure resources, work orders and stock are aligned with sales demand and customer requirements.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with the Sales Planning team and Production Manager to forecast and allocate resources required to meet sales demands Develop and issue work orders to all relevant departments, ensuring production schedules align with customer requirements Create and distribute work orders and supporting documentation to facilitate production in line with sales forecasts Allocate stock to work orders Identify and communicate potential issues to support teams and work collaboratively to provide solutions Continuously monitor the production plan and identify underproduction or overproduction risks Propose actionable solutions to maintain efficiency Drive continuous improvement of the production planning process to enhance accuracy and efficiency Contribute to the transition and implementation of new systems or processes Ensure planning workflows are well defined and ready prior to system go-live What we are looking for Proficiency in EFACS Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly MS Excel Experience working within an ISO 9001:2015-certified environment or a general understanding of ISO-regulated environments Strong organisational skills Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities xehkeey Ability to perform effectively under pressure Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt communication to different levels within the organisation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to systematically address issues and propose effective solutions Resilient and adaptable approach Ability to maintain accuracy and focus while working to tight deadlines
