Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and monitor production processes to ensure optimal performance and product quality.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements, cost reductions, and waste elimination.
• Develop and implement new process technologies and methodologies.
• Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in a production or process engineering role.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in CAD software and data analysis tools.
