About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join their team in Wolverhampton . This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient flow of materials and production activities, aligning manufacturing output with customer demand and operational capacity. You will be responsible for creating and managing production schedules, coordinating with various departments to optimize resource allocation, and proactively addressing any potential disruptions. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changes in demand or operational constraints.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve schedule adherence.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus.
