Production / Site Operative

• Seaforth, Liverpool Pay: £14.63 per hour | Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm | Contract: Temporary ongoing, with long term opportunities.

Exchange People are recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Production / Site Operative to join our client’s team in Seaforth, Liverpool.

This is an ongoing temporary role with long term opportunities for the right candidate.

The role As a Production / Site Operative, you will support the day-to-day running of the site by covering weighbridge duties, carrying out site cleaning, and completing general operative tasks as required.

Key responsibilities

• Covering the weighbridge when required
• Completing site cleaning duties to maintain a safe and tidy working environment
• Supporting general site operations and day-to-day duties
• Following site health and safety procedures at all times
• Carrying out manual handling tasks, including lifting sacks up to 25kg

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or site-based environment
• Comfortable carrying out cleaning duties as part of the role
• A reliable, flexible, and hands-on approach to work
• Comfortable with heavy lifting and manual handling
• Good timekeeping and the ability to work as part of a team

• Saturday overtime paid at £170 per day - 28 days’ holiday plus bank holidays
