Working hours
07:45am - 17:00pm | Monday to Friday
Overtime available at an enhanced rate
Happy to train where required
Our client works in the food / FMCG sector, and are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a team and ensure KPI's are met consistently. This role requires strong man-management skills, the ability to spot areas of improvement, and previous experience in a food / beverage environment.
Roles/Responsibilities
Lead, coach and develop a small team production operatives to achieve daily targets
Ensure production lines are fully prepared with materials, equipment and staffing requirements
Drive productivity, quality and efficiency across the production operation
Support machine set-up, changeovers and first-line fault finding to minimise downtime
Maintain compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety and BRCGS standards
Identify process improvements, reduce waste and deliver continuous performance gains
About You
Previous team leadership experience within food or drink manufacturing
Strong understanding of Health & Safety, Food Safety and quality standards
Hands-on approach with a strong shop floor presence
Experience working in fast-paced production environments
Confident driving performance, quality and team engagement
