Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to meet output targets.
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations and company policies on the shop floor.
• Monitor production processes, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement solutions to improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to production staff.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports, including output, waste, and downtime.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Control and Maintenance, to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role within manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and lean manufacturing principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement effective solutions.
• Proficiency in relevant production software and Microsoft Office Suite.
