About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to lead a team within their manufacturing facility located in Belfast . This role is crucial for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring that targets are met efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for managing a team of production staff, optimizing workflows, and upholding the company's high standards of quality and productivity. This hybrid role involves hands-on shop floor supervision complemented by administrative tasks and planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a team of production operators, ensuring adherence to schedules and procedures.
• Monitor production output, quality, and efficiency, taking immediate action to address deviations.
• Ensure all health and safety regulations and company policies are strictly followed on the production floor.
• Train and mentor new team members, providing ongoing feedback and performance management.
• Manage inventory of materials and finished goods within the production area.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Requirements
